Maintenance Tips
  • Daily wipe-down: Clean the stainless steel exterior and interior surfaces with warm, soapy water and a mild, food-safe cleaner to remove crumbs and spills. Stainless steel construction makes this quick and effective.
  • Clean plexiglass doors: Wipe the lift-up plexiglass doors with a gentle, non-abrasive cleaner to maintain clear visibility and hygiene.
  • Remove crumbs: Open the rear access (if applicable) and sweep or vacuum out crumbs from the bottom and corners to prevent buildup.
  • Sanitize food-contact areas: After cleaning, sanitize the interior surfaces that contact buns to help prevent contamination.
  • Check hinges & doors: Ensure lift-up doors move smoothly and hardware remains secure for easy access and proper closure.
  • Dry thoroughly: After cleaning and sanitizing, dry all surfaces to prevent water spots and maintain finish.
  • Avoid harsh abrasives: Do not use abrasive pads or harsh chemicals on stainless steel or plexiglass to avoid scratches and damage.
  • Routine inspection: Periodically inspect for wear or loose components and tighten or replace as needed to keep the unit functioning smoothly.
