  • Clear visibility with hygienic barrier
Its transparent, sloped front design maintains product visibility while directing droplets away from food, enhancing both safety and customer appeal.
  • Convenient access & cleaning
A removable access door allows staff to serve or restock quickly without removing the entire guard, and the smooth polycarbonate surface is easy to wipe down.
  • Designed for standard grills
Sized for approximately 25½″ × 19¾″ hot dog roller grills, it integrates well with common concession and food-service equipment.

Maintenance Tips
  • Daily surface cleaning: Wipe the stainless steel well and surrounding countertop area with warm, soapy water or a mild, food-safe cleaner after each service to remove food residue and grease.
  • Sanitize regularly: After cleaning, apply a food-grade sanitizer to all food-contact surfaces to maintain hygiene and comply with health codes.
  • Drain maintenance (if equipped): If your model has a drain option, clear the drain and removable screen daily to prevent clogs and standing water.
  • Check thermostatic control: Verify the thermostat is functioning correctly and holding consistent temperatures for safe food holding.
  • Inspect heating element area: Ensure the serpentine heating element area underneath is free of debris and buildup for even heat distribution.
  • Avoid harsh abrasives: Use non-abrasive cloths/pads to protect the stainless finish and prevent scratches.
  • Dry thoroughly: After cleaning, dry the well and adjacent surfaces completely to prevent water spots and corrosion.
  • Power off before servicing: Always disconnect power before deep cleaning or any maintenance to avoid electrical hazards.
