Quincy QP Pro Air Compressor 10 HP 120 Gallon Two Stage 3-Phase 460V New - 2020040876

The Quincy QP Pro 10 HP Two-Stage Air Compressor features a durable cast-iron pump with a 50,000-hour lifespan, delivering 35 CFM at 175 PSI for reliable industrial performance. Equipped with a 120-gallon ASME-certified horizontal tank, a 1725 RPM motor, and a magnetic starter for thermal protection, it ensures efficient, continuous operation in demanding environments.

What our Experts Think
  • Balanced power for serious shop work
With ~18–20 CFM at 100 PSI and up to ~175 PSI, this 5 HP two‑stage compressor handles multiple air tools smoothly without pressure lag—ideal for automotive and woodworking tasks.
  • Two‑stage efficiency for consistency
The two‑stage pump delivers higher pressure and better efficiency than single‑stage units, meaning less cycling and more usable air per tank fill.
  • 80‑gallon tank = steady supply
Larger tank capacity reduces compressor cycling and maintains consistent pressure during prolonged use—great for spray guns, sanders, and grinders.
  • 1‑Phase 230 V convenience
Runs on standard 230 V single‑phase power—no need for three‑phase wiring—making it easier to install in shops and garages.
  • Pro Plus features for durability
Includes enhancements like automatic drains and low‑oil shutoff to protect the pump and reduce maintenance downtime.
  • Reliable build quality
Quincy’s robust cast‑iron pump and proven engineering deliver long service life and quiet, cooler operation compared with many competitors.

  • Check belts, alignment & flywheel: Maintain efficient power transfer for continuous-duty operation.
  • Clean intercooler & cooling fins: Prevent overheating and optimize efficiency.
  • Test safety valves & pressure switch: Verify proper operation up to 175 PSI.
  • Inspect electrical connections: Confirm 3-phase wiring and overload protection are intact.
