Quincy QT Max Air Compressor 5 HP 80 Gallon Two Stage 1-Phase 230V New - 2020040711

The Quincy QT Max 5 HP Two-Stage Air Compressor is a heavy-duty industrial unit, with a cast-iron pump designed for a 50,000-hour lifespan. Featuring an 80-gallon ASME-certified tank, and a magnetic starter for thermal protection, it delivers 17.2 CFM at 175 PSI for reliable operation in demanding applications.

What our Experts Think
  • Balanced power & efficiency
The Quincy QT Max with 5 HP and two‑stage compression delivers strong, consistent airflow (~14–15 CFM at 175 PSI), making it ideal for professional shops and high‑demand pneumatic tools.
  • Large 80‑gallon tank for stability
The 80 gal reservoir provides ample air storage, reducing pump cycling and maintaining steady pressure under load — essential for continuous workflows.
  • Industrial‑grade durability
Built with cast iron components and robust bearings, this unit is engineered for long service life and reliable performance in commercial environments.
  • Efficient two‑stage design
Two‑stage compression runs cooler and more efficiently than single‑stage units, helping lower operating costs and extend pump life.
  • Single‑phase 230 V convenience
Runs on standard 230 V single‑phase power, simplifying installation and setup in most workshops.
  • Smooth operation & lower noise
Lower RPM operation reduces heat and noise compared with comparable high‑HP compressors, improving shop comfort.
