Quincy QT Pro Air Compressor 7.5 HP 80 Gallon Two Stage 1-Phase 230V New - 2020040716

The Quincy QT Pro 7.5 HP Two-Stage Air Compressor features a cast iron QT-7.5 pump with a 50,000+ hour lifespan, delivering 22.6 CFM at 175 PSI for reliable performance. It offers efficient operation with a splash-lubricated system, aluminum head for heat dissipation, and stainless-steel reed valves for maximum durability and cooling.

What our Experts Think
  • Powerful performance for tough jobs
Produces strong airflow (~25–28 CFM at 100 PSI) with stable pressure—great for running multiple pneumatic tools simultaneously without lag.
  • Two‑stage efficiency
Two‑stage compression delivers higher pressure and better thermal efficiency than single‑stage units, reducing cycling and extending component life.
  • 80‑gallon tank for smoother use
Large tank capacity provides a steady air reserve, minimizing pressure fluctuations during sanding, spraying, or impact work.
  • 230 V single‑phase convenience
Works with standard 230 V single‑phase power—no need for three‑phase wiring—making it easier to install in shops or garages.
  • Durable Quincy engineering
Cast‑iron pump and quality components ensure rugged reliability and long service life, even under frequent heavy use.
  • Straightforward operation and service
User‑friendly pressure switch, clear gauges, and accessible maintenance points keep daily use simple.

  • Check and change oil regularly: Keeps the two-stage pump properly lubricated for long service life (~50,000 hrs).
  • Clean or replace intake filter: Maintains steady airflow (~20 CFM) and protects pump components.
  • Inspect belts & alignment: Ensures efficient power transfer from the 7.5 HP motor.
  • Clean intercooler & cooling fins: Optimizes heat dissipation during continuous operation.
  • Test safety valves & pressure switch: Maintain safe operation up to 175 PSI.
  • Check for leaks & tighten fittings: Prevents air loss and maintains consistent pressure.
  • Inspect electrical connections: Verify 230V 1-phase wiring and motor protection.
  • Examine tank & components: Watch for rust, wear, or corrosion to extend lifespan.
