Raypak Copper Tube Bundle For Model 206A, 207A Low NOx Heater - 010059F

Tube Bundle Copper/Polymer, Raypak 010059F

What our Experts Think
  • Genuine OEM Heat Exchanger
The Raypak Copper Tube Bundle – 010059F is an authentic replacement heat exchanger assembly designed specifically for Raypak 206A and 207A Low‑NOx pool heaters with polymer headers — ensuring proper fit and reliable operation.
  • Complete Replacement Kit
Includes copper tubes, header gaskets, flange nut kit, and baffles — everything needed for a full tube bundle swap to restore efficient heat transfer.
  • Superior Heat Transfer Performance
High‑quality copper tubing promotes excellent thermal conductivity, helping your heater maintain consistent water temperature and efficient energy use.
  • Engineered for Durability
Copper construction resists corrosion and thermal cycling inside the firebox, extending component life and reducing frequent part changes.
  • Maintains Heater Efficiency
Replacing worn or scaled tube bundles with this part can help restore proper water flow and reduce energy waste — key for performance during peak pool‑heating seasons.
  • Critical for Safe Operation
Installing the correct OEM heat exchanger supports safe combustion and heat transfer, helping prevent hot spots or premature failures in your 206A/207A heater.

Q&A

Q1: What is the Raypak 010059F Copper Tube Bundle?
A: It’s a genuine Raypak OEM heat exchanger tube bundle designed to replace the copper tubing assembly inside compatible Raypak pool heaters.

Q2: Which heater models is this part compatible with?
A: Specifically made for Raypak 206A and 207A Digital Low NOx heaters that use polymer (plastic) header heat exchangers.

Q3: What’s included in the 010059F kit?
A: The bundle includes copper tubes, baffles, flange nut kit, and two O‑ring gaskets for a complete replacement.

Q4: Why would you replace the tube bundle?
A: Over time heat exchanger tubes can corrode, scale, or lose efficiency, so replacing them restores proper heat transfer and heater performance.

Q5: What material is the tube bundle made of?
A: It’s constructed from high‑quality copper tubing engineered for efficient heat transfer and durability.

Q6: Does this fit pool heaters with metal headers?
A: No — this 010059F copper tube bundle is only for polymer‑header heaters; units with metal headers need a different part.

Q7: What benefit does a genuine Raypak part offer?
A: A genuine OEM part ensures proper fit, reliable performance, and compatibility with manufacturer requirements.

Q8: Is professional installation recommended?
A: Yes — because replacing the heat exchanger involves internal components and plumbing, professional installation is advised to avoid leaks and maintain efficiency.

Maintenance Tips
  • Inspect water chemistry: Balance pH and calcium levels regularly to reduce corrosion and scaling inside the copper tubes, which prolongs heat‑exchanger life.
  • Flush periodically: Perform a controlled flush of the heater’s heat exchanger per manufacturer guidelines to remove mineral buildup and improve heat transfer.
  • Check for debris: Ensure inlet water is clean and filters ahead of the heater are maintained to prevent sediment entering the tubes.
  • Monitor performance: Watch for reduced heating efficiency or increased cycle times, which can signal early tube scaling or blockage.
  • Professional inspection: Have a qualified technician check the tube bundle and seals during routine heater service to detect wear before failure.
  • Use OEM parts: Replace with genuine Raypak components to ensure proper fit and long‑term performance.
